General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through verdegrowz.com (the "Shop") operated by Verdegrowz ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms in full. Deviating conditions of the customer do not apply unless we have agreed to them in writing.

Verdegrowz exclusively sells indoor gardening equipment and edible-plant seeds such as grow tents, LED lighting systems, ventilation, mineral nutrients, measurement tools, vegetable and herb seeds and related accessories. Our products are intended for the lawful cultivation of permitted plants — vegetables, culinary herbs, microgreens and ornamental plants — in accordance with the legislation of the customer's country of residence. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our products complies with applicable local law.

4. Ordering & Contract Formation

Product listings in the Shop are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. By submitting an order you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you a separate order confirmation by email, or at the latest when we dispatch the goods.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in Euro (€), inclusive of statutory VAT and exclusive of shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed in the cart before order completion. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (currently major credit cards, SEPA and selected wallets). Payment is due upon order placement.

6. Delivery

We ship across the European Union as well as to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. Delivery times are stated in our Shipping Policy. Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for the customer and cause no additional cost to them.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers based in the EU have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting on the day on which they (or a third party named by them) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (e.g. by email to support@verdegrowz.com) of your decision to withdraw. Goods must be returned in resaleable condition. Direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights of two years for new goods apply to all consumers within the European Union. If a product is defective, please contact us — in most cases we can offer a fast replacement, repair or refund without requiring a return.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and for intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

10. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the European Union member state in which Verdegrowz is established, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
